Clinical Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Transformation Specialist to join our team at the NHS. As a system level Associate Medical Director, you will play a key role in driving transformation and improvement across the Black Country region.
About the Job- Lead programmes, projects, systems, and processes to support the transformation and implementation of agreed strategies and care pathways.
- Represent the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Regionally (or beyond) as required.
- Work proactively and collaboratively to support the health and care with place and neighbourhood levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team to drive change and improvement in the NHS. As a Clinical Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with senior leaders across the ICB, ICS, and Place teams to develop and implement strategies that improve patient care and reduce health inequalities.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a clinical leader, with a strong track record of leading change and improving patient outcomes. You will be passionate about making a difference at a system level, with a deep understanding of the complex relationships between healthcare providers and commissioners.
With a salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, this is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to join the NHS and make a real impact on the lives of patients and communities.
