**1. Job Summary**

To provide an efficient, effective and professional administrative support services. Assisting other Administrators in providing administrative support and cover for the Clinic during periods of absence and annual leave.

Salary is competitive based on experience.

**2. Key Accountabilities**
- Minuting meetings, handling phone calls and enquiries.
- Meeting and greeting patient, visitors, consultants and colleagues.
- Managing post in and out along with deliveries..
- Manage the meeting room bookings via Outlook calendars, approve bookings, notify of any clashes ensuing optimum efficiency of the meeting rooms.
- Any other duties as reasonably identified by the line manager.
