Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Coordinator to join our Ophthalmology Out-Patients Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone, and will be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent care to patients.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive working environment committed to creating flexible working arrangements that suit your needs.

This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including reception, clerical, administration, and stock ordering duties to support the Department and team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team
  • Managing patient records and data
  • Coordinating appointments and surgeries
  • Ordering stock and supplies
  • Supporting the Department with day-to-day tasks
