Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
  • Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
