**Role Overview**
Due to the continued growth of our retail business, we are looking to expand our eCommerce team and are looking for an **eCommerce Assistant / Product Administration Assistant**. The role is based in our head office, just off the M55 near Blackpool, with easy access and free parking.
Working with a great team, you will be someone who enjoys being in a fast paced environment, working collaboratively with a professional team. Working closely with the senior management team, you will be a highly motivated, commercially astute individual, with high attention to detail, who will help move the business forward. Some Saturday working may be required.
**Role Purpose**
Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of all product management, including setup of core product information within ERP systems and effective implementation across all digital sales channels (websites & marketplaces).
**Responsibilities**
- ensure the timely and accurate update of product information
- accurate setup of products in company systems
- ensure all products are supported with rich content (product images, descriptions, video, descriptions etc)
- accurate management of product information across all sales channels
- conduct competitor checks
- support colleagues on all commercial activities
- work closely and effectively with colleagues
- maintain a high degree of personal eCommerce knowledge and industry awareness
**Key Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience working with Magento a distinct advantage
- Ability to work independently and within agreed timeframe for each task.
- Collaborative style, continually willing to support colleagues throughout the business.
- Highly numeric with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced commercial environment, working with multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly express information with others.
