The newly created position of Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will enable us to deliver a first class admissions experience for prospective families, as well as actively promoting the school to generate enquiries.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Admissions Key Tasks**
- To send out prospectuses and other relevant information and advise parents of the Admissions process.
- Prepare and send all correspondence to prospective families including registration, offer, welcome letters etc.
- Be responsible for maintaining the Admissions database and managing the enquiry pipeline - receiving, logging and promptly following up on all outstanding enquiries.
- To arrange personalised visits for parents and produce the weekly visits schedule.
- To assist with the administration of Open Mornings and other recruitment events as required (this will necessitate occasional Saturday morning duties) under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager.
- To help prepare and circulate joining information for New Pupils.
- To provide monthly admissions figures to the Regional Marketing Manager by completion of our reporting framework.
- To attend school meetings where required to update on marketing and admissions related activities.

**Marketing Key Tasks**
- To assist the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver the school’s marketing plan.
- Manage the School’s website. This will include: assisting with uploading material to the website and checking the accuracy of information on all pages.
- Assisting with the collation of information of promotional and marketing literature.
- Taking photography at key school events.
- To assist with the planning of external Marketing events and alumni events as required.
- To assist with the organisation of the School’s Open Mornings and Taster Days.
- To plan, collate and produce the school’s newsletter (weekly) and the alumni newsletter (3 times per year).
- Create and schedule social media posts and content in line with the content management plan.

**Person Specification**

**Experience and qualifications**

**Essential**
- Educated to degree level in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent marketing qualification.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role in a service driven industry.
- Knowledge of social media channels and experience of using these on behalf of a business or organisation.
- Photography / video editing skills
- Event management experience

**Desirable**
- Experience of working in a school setting.
- Experience of social media management platform for planning and scheduling content (such as Hootsuite).

**Technical Skills**

**Essential**
- The ability to communicate well in writing and on the telephone.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High levels of accuracy and a level of numeracy to understand figures and create reports.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Familiarisation with website editing through a CMS.

**Desirable**
- Experience with Indesign, Photoshop or similar artworking and design software.
- Knowledge of iSAMS or a similar MIS.
- Experience with the use of TEAMS and Sharepoint.

**This role is offered on a Term Time Only basis plus 6 weeks during the holidays. The full time salary equivalent is £24,000- £28,000.**
