**The Role**
This is an exciting and pivotal role, with significant potential for personal growth and development, in the small and very active Thinking Ahead team. Thinking Ahead is looking to add a member, team and event administrator to help with the day-to-day operations of TAI.Below is a guide to what we are looking for, although the exact nature of the role will be somewhat dependent on the chosen individual.
People
- Lead the administration processes for the effective running of the Institute
- Support diary and expenses management for senior members of the team
- Be friendly and effective when dealing with all members and colleagues
Members
- Administration for onboarding new members, entering details on the Client Information System (CIS) and manage invoicing processes. Maintain CIS and member contact lists
- Provide admin support for the member relationship management programme
- Provide admin support for member communications
Events
- Provide administration support for events including invitations and follow up, registrations, expenses, badges as well as general support on the day
- Support delivery of digital events, including uploading content to TAI website and social media pages
Excellence
- Provide support for the running and administration of the TAI website
- Become expert in the company’s filing management system while maintaining and monitoring adherence to Willis Towers Watson’s ‘Professional Excellence’ procedures.

Flexibility to work outside core business hours from time to time, mainly for our events.
**The Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification and / or experience. Note: training, particularly on proprietary and web development software, will be provided where necessary
- Self-starter with initiative and a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision; results oriented. Pro-active, efficient, responsive and a good team player
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks to successfully meet deadlines
- Good written communication and people skills
- Proficient and confident in using MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; a quick learner of online tools and systems; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) administration
