**About You**:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to always achieve the best outcome for our customers. Working cross-functionally, you will provide administrative support to introducers, partners and customers and will be able to plan and organise work effectively in order to achieve team and personal objectives. As the first point of contact for any customer enquiries relating to our products and services, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and will have high attention to detail to process information accurately.

**Within this role you will**:

- Complete required administration processes in accordance with agreed procedures and standards in a professional, accurate, timely and compliant manner.
- Provide informative and accurate information on our products and services
- Drive continual improvement in quality, efficiency and service satisfaction by seeking new and innovative ways to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, making recommendations and suggestions to improve processes and outcomes
- To plan and organise work effectively, in order to achieve team and individual objectives
- Liaise with introducers and partners to ensure on time delivery of key tasks

**What you will need to have**:

- GCSE qualifications, or equivalent, including Maths and English grade A-C
- 1+ years’ experience within a Customer Service / Administrative role
- Strong planning and organisational ability
- A positive, customer centric attitude
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team

**What will make you stand out**:

- Experience within a customer service / administrative role in financial services sector
- CII Modules CF1, FA1, FA2 or equivalent
