**Hours**:Mon-Fri (9:00 am-17:30 pm)

**The Role**:
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver value for the business by prioritising & owning the delivery team’s backlog, as well as collaborating with the business & product managers to build roadmaps for the future

- Collaborates with the Product Manager in the creation and advocacy of product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for the train.
- Ensure that vision and strategy are communicated and understood inside the team to ensure alignment and commitment
- Captures PBIs / acceptance criteria working with them team to ensure these are fully understood (working with SMEs, process mapping functional and ops processes)
- Owns the team’s backlog, prioritises and refines it
- Collaborate with Business Design to ensure that business and end user impact is considered in delivery of change
- Previous experience of working in an Agile environment and delivering with success for the customer and business is required
- Has the trust of the business and is trusted to do the right thing on behalf of the business
- Is a good communicator, understands the needs of the business and communicates and prioritises needs to the scrum team
- Understands Scrum and Agile methods, how agile projects work, their role and what is expected of them
- Protects the team from other business opinions and influences - all decisions on the work the team does must come through the Product Owner
- Is decisive, knows what is going to deliver the best value to the business and makes good quality decisions in the best interests of the business
