Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Housing Choice Officer to join our Housing Choice team.

**What you’ll achieve in the role**:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver our customer experience vision from the first point of contact through to letting someone their home. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that empty properties are allocated to new tenants, nominated by Local Authorities or other sources, as quickly as possible.
- Arranging appointments and accompanying nominees and applicants to viewings.
- Ensuring Raven holds accurate and detailed information about applicants to assess suitability of the potential new home, and providing appropriate support.
- Preparing new tenancy agreements and creating new tenancies on Raven’s IT system.

**What you’ll bring to Raven**:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

- Experience in a highly demanding administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Ability to work in a team or on your own, and to risk assess every visit/situation.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical/recording abilities, written and verbal communication, and IT skills (including Microsoft Teams and other cloud based systems).

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
