**Salary**: £25,500 - £26,500 (Dependent on qualifications & experience)
**Package**: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more
**Type**:Full-time, Permanent
**Essential Criteria**:
- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Back of House Hospitality (Kitchen experience).
- Must hold a NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example: Food and Beverage, Food Production, Reception, Housekeeping or Team Leading).
- Ideally have Front of House experience: Food and Beverage; Housekeeping; Reception etc.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
**Duties include**:
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2, 3 and 4 across Front of House and Back of House specialisms.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
**Personal Skills**:
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
**Please note**:
**Salary**: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
