Inspiro is one of the UK’s largest training providers offering government funded Apprenticeships and providing work-based learning in a number of industries.

We are looking for a Regional Trainer to deliver training across South Wales, you will be working with a caseload of apprentices who are completing Level 2, 3 and 4 Retail Apprenticeships. To be considered you MUST drive and have your own vehicle and be happy travelling to conduct face to face sessions with the learners (all mileage paid for).

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Visiting individuals in their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners to achieve their apprenticeship
- Managing your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, planning and attending scheduled visits with apprentices to ensure they progress in line with their expected programme duration
- To ensure employers/learner mentors are engaged in the apprentices learning and progress, supporting them to achieve their potential?
- Identity and engage potential employers and enrol learners onto apprenticeship programmes
- The training, assessment, progression and completion of learners which will be delivered through face to face and remote learning sessions in line with agreed delivery models
- To effectively diary manage to ensure all learners within your caseload are fully supported to meet company and contractual requirements

**KPI’s/Key Deliverables**:

- Achievement of targeted timely success rates
- Maintain a caseload in line with company targets
- Retention of learners against agreed company targets
- Accurate recording of learner progression within Maytas system

**What you get?**
Salary £26,855 rising to £27,396 after probation + additional benefits - including 25 days leave + bank, pension scheme, mileage cover
