The role:
Part Time (18.5 hours per week) Fixed Term for 1 Year £13, - £14, per annum Gorseinon & TycochKey Responsibilities:
Assess learners within the Motor Vehicle sector via NVQs, apprenticeships and cost recovery courses. Work within the team to assess and internally verify learners’ portfolios to ensure they meet the requirements of the external verifier and awarding bodies. Work with customers in industry to maintain and build relationships and to secure contracts with existing and new organisations.About you:
Teaching and learning qualification e.g. PTTLs or willing to work towards. Assessor Award (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32 / D33 or Training Assessment qualification) or willing to work towards. Proven track record of working in motor vehicle settingBenefits for you:

Gower College Swansea are able to offer update training to successful candidates to refresh your assessor qualification.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to a start date before 1st February).
Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £27, - £29, per annum.
