**Sales Administrator / Customer Support Immediate interview**
**Are you looking for a role with variety within an office environment supporting our sales team and end users with your experience, attention to detail, customer service & Admin skills then we would love you to join our team.**
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Maintain inventory of sales materials and promotional items
- Monitor and track sales data and provide regular updates to the sales team
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
