**Treatment Coordinator**
Having experience in social media management is ideal but not a requirement.
Key Tasks:
- Manage Private Patient pathway, being the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Oversee the use of the Dental Monitoring software, communicating with patients through the site when necessary
- Liaise with dental labs to ensure lab work is returned on time
- Create invoices appropriate to the prescribed treatment plan, while monitoring current payment plans to ensure there are no outstanding debts
- Identify his/her own training and development needs and undertake appropriate training as agreed with the line manager during appraisal
- Assist throughout the practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the management team.
The Treatment Coordinator needs to:
- Be GDC Qualified and have a minimum of 1 year experience as a dental nurse
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and personality to build a rapport with our patients
- Initiative to work independently to ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception
- Organised and high level of attention to detail

Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08:45am-17:30pm & Wednesday 08:45-18:30pm
Pay:
Between £25K - £27K depending on experience
