Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact between clinicians, administrative staff, and patients to optimize the overall administrative patient journey.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Central RTT (Referral to Treatment) Validation Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians to oversee daily management plans for patients, ensuring adherence to established pathways and protocols.
- Contribute your expertise by recommending improvements to outpatient booking processes, enhancing operational efficiency within the Trust.
