What Are We Looking For?
Owing to sustained growth and new project wins, RSE is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our London business on a permanent basis as part of our Asset Management & Technical Services team working out of our Basingstoke office. This is a unique role, offering the incumbent the opportunity to effectively spearhead the delivery of a multi-million-pound scope of works by coordinating with a number of stakeholders for the scheme.
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Production and circulation of any required project management reports
- Preparation of site and office documentation as required
- Issue of documentation to clients and suppliers as required
- Document control and tracking
- Managing change requests
- Preparation of work packs
- Liaising with Project Engineers, Project Managers and External Customers
- Compilation of project final documentation
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required
What Do You Need?
- Experience working within a fast paced environment, managing multiple project demands.
- Any experience within the utility, engineering or construction sector would be advantageous
- Impeccable organisation skills
- Keen focus on quality
- Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, building productive relationships throughout all interactions
- Full UK Driving Licence
