The role of the business Administrator is to be responsible for the raising, distribution and monitoring of all Capital Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. Within this role you will also be responsible for the following:

- Service Confirmation of all goods and services provided against released Purchased Orders
- Steering the resolution of all issues with released Purchase Orders and relevant parties, such as parked invoices
- Steering and control of all company work wear ordering and distribution
- Raise and place all stationary orders
- Raising of Purchase Orders for all in direct workers
- Absence reporting updates in SAP for all indirect and direct associates, as per technology requirements
- Book meeting rooms and arrange team meetings on behalf of the Management team
Skills & Qualifications
- Good GCSE English and Mathematics
- 2-3 years' experience of business, office or financial administration roles working with SAP
- Self-Motivated
- Good communication skills
- Pragmatic and flexible approach required to cover broad scope of responsibilities
- Results orientated to be able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently to prioritise work to meet customer demand
- High levels of personal integrity required working with sensitive financial, business and personal information High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience working in fast paced, short lead time environment desirable.
