**Accounts Administrator**

Due to an expanding business, we have an exciting opportunity for an additional accounts administrator to join our central accounts team based in Chichester accounting for over 19 sites. We are looking for an experienced, hands on, forward thinking, ambitious individual to join an extremely busy & friendly central accounts team.

The role will involve being responsible for a number of sites including but not limited to;
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Credit control
- Intercompany Accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting

**Requirements**:
Must have experience in a similar position.
- Confident Advanced Excel and Sage Line 50
- Deadline driven
- Attention to detail is a must
- Good telephone manner
- Conscientious and methodical approach to work
- Team player
- Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential
- Level 3 AAT preferred but not essential

**Job Offer**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chichester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
