We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a comprehensive, pro-active executive assistant service directly to the Group Chief Officers and indirectly through direct reports to respective GLT members and their teams.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Pro-actively manage the Group Chief Officer’s busy diaries
- Provide a professional and highly efficient PA service
- Assist, deputise and support the Executive Assistant to the CEO in providing a cover service to the CEO and Executive Assistants when required
- Organise meetings and take and produce minutes and actions

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Hold a relevant professional PA or business qualification or equivalent
- Have experience of working in a proactive PA role to one or more Chief Officers of a large and complex organisation
- Previous experience working with CEO and/or Deputy CEO required
- Have excellent organisational, administrative, office and ICT skills
- Have experience of working autonomously and as part of a team
- Have experience of managing change through combining excellent project management skills with a calm, inclusive style to deliver continuous improvements
- Have a flexible approach with the ability to change direction at short notice
- Anticipate reaction to change and new interventions, suggesting appropriate responses
- Take personal responsibility for own workload
- Be passionate, committed and self motivated
