Marketing Assistant Temporary

Our client based on the outskirts of Didcot, Oxfordshire are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months initially but this may be extended depending on workload.

You will be providing support to the Marketing Team through the execution of marketing initiatives as directed. Key responsibilities will be the administration and co-ordination of activities, updating of customer and client lists and databases and maintainingthe digital interfaces.

**The Role**
- Acting as the first point of contact for all marketing enquiries, ensuring all communications are managed effectively, professionally and in a timely manner
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials including e-shots, brochures, flyers, website and social media updates working with partners and suppliers as appropriate
- Ensuring that internal campaign briefs, artwork, work instructions etc. are correctly filed, available and organised for future reference by the team and wider business
- Extracting and analysing data for targeted marketing campaigns from both internal and external sources and managing queries generated from marketing campaigns
- Co-ordinating and publishing Marketing activity reports as required
- Managing all team specific office administration duties

**The Person**
- The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit
- Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
- An eye for detail with the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and within a small team
- Excellent IT literacy, with demonstrable knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Educated to GCSE standard

**Due to the location, it's advisable that you're a driver with your own transport
