**This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and experienced marketing executive to work in a fast-paced innovative office environment.**

**Working from our office**, as Content Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the marketing manager, wider marketing team and business success through marketing.

All digital content marketing for this company is currently done in-house so you will have the chance to get involved with and support a diverse range of projects and tasks including, but not limited to:

- Content creation
- Creating/editing video and audio content
- Copywriting
- Organic social media
- Social media marketing
- Lead generation
- Quantitative and Qualitative marketing strategies
- PPC campaigns - Google, Meta, Bing and other paid advertising
- Reporting on Content outcomes, Analysis & Monitoring

**Content Marketing Executive Duties**:

- Content creation including (but not limited to) graphics and imagery for website, paid adverts, brochures, social platforms, other digital platforms, hard copy and to support digital projects including video, photography, podcasts, vodcasts, webinars, as briefed by the senior marketing team
- Work on video projects including storyboarding, filming and editing
- Photography for use on our websites, in brochures and other platforms and content areas
- Ensure brand consistency in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Ensure legal compliance (e.g. copyright and data protection) of content is adhered to
- Take part in team meetings, ideas/whiteboarding sessions and project briefings with the wider marketing team and company directors
- Help to reach the company's content marketing goals and objectives
- Perform administrative marketing tasks as directed within the department
- Research various topics, newsworthy stories, potential guests, and online blogs
- Support maintenance of the company social media accounts in line with company branding, TOV and specific briefs and campaigns
- Assist with the ongoing optimisation of company SEO
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the business and insights for future campaigns and marketing innovations
- Help to identify market trends, demographics, advertising strategies, and perform competitor research.
- Assist in data analysis, to understand where our content marketing is successful
- Help to create reports for marketing managers and directors to illustrate the success of content marketing.
- Remain up to date with current best practice and share insights
- Support the marketing team by interrogating data and content for consistency and date relevance
- Research our industry to gain a strong understanding of our niche.
- Keep client information confidential.

**Experience Required**
- 1 + years’ experience in Content Marketing
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Excellent copywriting skills in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms
- Experience of creating and editing video and audio
- Experience of Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of MS Office, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A team spirit

**Experience Desired**
- Relevant marketing and/or content management experience
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
- Degree or A Level in English Language
- Strong mathematical ability
- Familiarity with PPC
- Experience of working with data sets and data manipulation
- Experience of creating content and copy within a financial or property related organisation
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Wordpress
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Demonstrable experience of creating compelling content, using various image and manipulation tools, graphic design tools and video editing software.
