As a Compliance Coordinator sitting within our People Services Function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain compliant in line with Asda’s policies. As a business we are ever growing at a pace, keeping our business compliant is critical, this is a great opportunity for an individual who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

You will support our Legal and Compliance Managers with several tasks supporting multiple business areas. This includes;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and guidance predominantly in the right to work area.
- Support delivery of the Right to Work within the Centre of Excellence
- Accurately update and maintain data and records.
- Process task and activities through a case management system.
- Supporting with compliance into our Healthcare business.
