**About the Role**:
**Estates Compliance Co-ordinator**

Estates Compliance Coordinator with excellent organisational and analytical skills. Must be well organized, detailed oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.

**Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and assessing areas of servicing compliance risk.
- Supporting the Estates Director by reporting compliance breaches, exposures, and monthly compliance stats.
- Supporting the Estates Director in the developing, implementing, and maintaining of an internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local best practice and legislative requirements
- Supporting the Estates Director in the management of the compliance supply chain
- Compliance supply chain co-ordination and KPI monitoring
- Ensuring all compliance remedial works are delivered in a timely manor and to a good standard.
- Scheduling all required compliance service visits across the region
- Supporting the Estates Director with budget control
- Assisting the homes with any compliance related queries
- Supporting the maintenance function from time to time if required

**Compliance Coordinator Requirements**:

- Ideally previous experience in a property compliance role
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong documentation, communication, and IT skills.
