**Business and Operations Support Coordinator**

Overview Working with a growing SME in North Bristol you will play a key role in Operations team.

This role provides a great opportunity for learning across all aspects of the business with a varied week where no two days are the same. It is a fundamental role which supports our service delivery team and our supply chain.

**Core Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Administrate and oversee purchasing for the general business
- Support administration with business insurances - Industry accreditations and audits
- Facilities management including office and storage units
- Fleet management for company cars and vans, including vehicle movement and management of servicing/maintenance requirements
- Support HR with on-boarding new staff members
- Manage stock and distribute uniform for new and existing staff
- Issue, set up and management of IT equipment
- Work with external IT provider to resolve issues and changes
- Management of phone systems, contracts and handsets
- Oversee calibration of specialist service equipment
- Other duties as required to suit the needs of the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on excel
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Ability to multi-task and handle frequent changes in direction
- Team player able to work with colleagues in various levels across the business
- Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
