**Company description**
Founded originally by a British Ayurvedic therapist, It’s Pure, sister company of Odylique, became the UK’s first ever certified organic hair colour brand in 2011. Inspired by her travels to India and the transformative results she had seen on people’s hair, Tricia sought and developed the best quality ingredients into a unique range of colours. Today, the herbs in It’s Pure hair products come from a certified organic Fair & Wild grower in Rajasthan, India that uses advanced technologies to deliver incredibly pure extracts, free from contaminants. We blend them here in the UK at our Soil Association certified laboratory in rural Suffolk, all powered by renewable energy.
You will be based at our eco-factory and HQ in Mildenhall, Suffolk. Local connections are preferable.
- Manage stock, purchasing and reporting for our multiple-brand e-commerce platform that retails natural beauty products.
- Monitor and order component stock for the hair dyes (gloves, caps, bags) and all postal supplies, keeping the accounts system updated.
- Manage stock replenishment of our hair dye products on Amazon and shipping to the FBA centre.
- Book couriers for UK and international shipments.
- Conduct monthly stock-takes of hair dye and support with year-end stock takes.
- Pass on technical questions to our hair dye expert.
- Answer phone calls to take and make orders.
- Support with customer review management.
- Perform basic book-keeping, e.g. Reconciliations, Cross company billing, Internal system order input.
- Other admin, and support to other departments if the need arises.
We’ll Need You to Have:
- Experience in an office environment, purchasing and book-keeping.
- A flexible attitude and openness to multi-tasking and changing priorities. As we are a small company it is also important to be willing to go beyond your job role to support the rest of our team when necessary.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A good written and spoken manner.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Google sheets, Excel etc.
