**Position Summary**:
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manager customer inquiries, quote requests, and purchase orders for stock and non-stock items and answer product and order related questions. Quote alternative products and use upselling to add new products and additional product lines. Forward-looking order book review: manage shipment schedules, order follow-up and expediting order processing internally (e.g. with supply chain management) to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage customer claims with functional departments (Accounting, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance etc.). Implementation, follow-up, and report-out of corrections actions towards Sales Manager and customer. Support strategic business development and individual sales strategies on cooperation with Regional Sales Manager and Product Support Teams.
Contract review and administration: ensure that contract related KPIs are met, monitor inventory pipeline health/stock availability, maintain contract profitability. Monitor customer relevant performance data and drive continuous improvement; respond to customer supplied data. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain a professional yet personalized relationship with customers, and grow customers by ensuring a high level of service and quick responsiveness. Drive all actions to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit goals.
Consistent written and verbal communication with colleagues, customers, and management outlining and updating all with customer updates, opportunities and issues.
