Do you want to be part of a team that delivers passenger travel solutions, whilst working in a dynamic team? As one of two** Travel Projects Officers we are recruiting, **you will be ambitious and driven to shape the future of passenger travel in **Lincolnshire.** Have you got what it takes?
**Transport Services** enables travel solutions for more than 20,000 passengers a day, including students travelling to schools and colleges, social care passengers and people travelling on the **Council’s** own demand responsive **Callconnect** service and those using the county’s local bus services, which the Council supports.
With an annual budget in excess of £50m, the service is always striving to improve and our Travel Projects Officer will play a key role in creating a business-focused and high performing service; working in collaboration with others, developing our use of technology and intelligence and targeting how we invest in the future of passenger travel, to ensure that** Lincolnshire** continues to be a fantastic place to work, visit, live and invest.
**We need someone who can**:
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, delivering multiple projects with a passion for continuous improvement, to make an impact where it matters most in our community
- Deliver projects with an agile mindset, committed to improving the quality of delivery of **Transport Services** now and into the future
- Inspire and motivate our team, enabling us to achieve strategic objectives
- Demonstrate the energy and drive required to keep LCC at the forefront of excellent passenger travel and travel solutions
- Create a positive culture and take ownership for delivering excellent customer service, ambition, resilience and appetite for change, incorporating the **Council’s Core Values and Behaviours Framework**

As travel is a feature of this role, applicants must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.

**_Hybrid working is a feature of this role. The successful applicant will be required to work in the office alongside the rest of the team for a minimum of 4 days a week, which may be 5 days a week dependent on the demands of the service._**
