We are looking for a full-time Junior office administrator, working in the areas of Finance and HR.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Finance Manager assist in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions, dealing with external customers and suppliers ensuring all accounts and payments are up to date as well as carrying out general office administration and duties in support of key members of the business operational team.
- Assisting Purchase Ledger & Stock Control
- Invoice administration
- General administrative duties
- Staff hours reconciliation
- Supporting HR administration
- Supporting internal auditing

**PROFILE**
- You have a first experience in (business) administration in a production environment, including Knowledge and experience of general administration systems / practices.
- You are very accurate.
- Assist with managing import records and reconciling with month end postponed VAT reports
- Monitoring of supplier invoices mailbox and reconciling against purchase orders prior to posting to accounting software
- You can use MS Office (Outlook, Excel,...) on a professional level.
- You have accurate, concise and clear written and oral communication skills to convey information.
