**About you**:
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, and be a good team player who can work equally well alone with minimum supervision. You must have a flexible approach to your working hours as the majority of Governing Board meetings take place during early the evening and involve travelling to schools across Wigan and neighbouring boroughs. You will have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and not be afraid to have courageous conversations. Experience of working in school governance or education and experience of minute taking would be advantageous.
