Customer Support Coordinator

This real estate company is one of the largest in the UK, providing sustainable housing with a focus on community-based design and regeneration. As Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of customer issues. Working closely with the Customer Support Manager (CSM), you will be overseeing the development of a large-scale residential site in London to completion.

Initially a 6 month fixed-term contract to start in August, with the possibility of extension.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of CRM's diary, including booking completion visits and home demonstrations
- Monitoring Customer Services Inbox
- Allocate National House Building Council (NHBC) inspections, and ensure that the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) is followed
- Manage reporting of defects and poor contractor outcomes
- Order materials, and process POs and invoices as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a similar role, ideally within the housebuilding industry
- Conversational Mandarin speaking is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Face to face customer service experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
