**Part-Time Payroll Administrator**

Our fantastic and thriving client within the charity sector are looking for a **Part-Time Payroll Administrator**to support the HR/Payroll function on a permanent basis in Stroud.

**Responsibilities of the Part-Time Payroll Administrator**
- End-to-end monthly payroll preparation & processing using spreadsheets
- Manually calculate overtime
- Set up new staff on payroll
- Run monthly reports
- Improve payroll processes when identified
- HR Admin to support employee lifecycle
- Ensure all data accurate and up-to-date
- Other ad-hoc admin and office duties as required
- Previous experience processing payroll
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Computer literate

**-**Team player

**Hours**: 14 - 21h per week, flexibly worked + opportunity to work 1 day pw from home

**Salary** - £11.54 - £12.64 ph
