We are looking for a bright and friendly individual with a professional approach to fill the role of Operations Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. The role is an office based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Home Leisure Direct is the UK’s leading Games Room Retailer, providing games room products such as pool tables, arcade machines, table tennis, football tables, pinball machines, jukeboxes & snooker tables to the home and commercial market.

You will be part of the Operations team and be expected to work collaboratively with our Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Delivery teams.

Key Duties:

- Processing Sales Order in our ERP- Tracking the status of Sales Orders and supporting the business in ensuring orders are delivered as quick as possible to our customers
- Supply chain management - liaising with suppliers and shipping agents
- Manage IT connectors between our various systems
- Data entry
- Performing stock audits
- Assist Finance team with reconciliations between systems
- Product record management in both our ERP and CRM- Communication with all departments within the business and suppliers to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Ability to take on projects to improve operational performance
- Ad hoc tasks as requested
- Experience in using CRM’s (ideally SalesForce)
- Extensive experience in using ERP’s (ideally BrightPearl)
- Good understanding business processing including Sales Order Process, Purchase order Process and Inventory Management
- Experience of working in a products based business
- Experience of working in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution business
- Good communication
- IT savvy
- Ability to export and analyse large amounts of data - Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on your own initiative

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
