You will maintain confidentiality of the babies and their families at all times and be aware of child protection issues and adhere to local procedures.

You will promote a professional, welcoming and caring environment endorsing a family friendly approach to care ensuring patients and families retain their dignity, privacy and individuality.

You will maintain effective communication with parents, maternity staff, audiology team and other relevant staff and professionals ensuring that appropriate action is taken regarding referral to other departments such as Paediatric Audiology.
