Customer Service/office Administrator

The Dessert Company have been providing fresh handmade desserts, cakes and tray bakes to the food service industry for 23 year, our main customer base are pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, garden centres and universities.
We are looking for a friendly person to join our team. The main role would be to speak to our existing regular customers to take their weekly orders and maintain good customer relations. Then to process invoices and liaise with our kitchen team, also to perform other office based duties.
**Key responsibilities**
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
Provide customers with product guidance for which training would be given
Processing customer orders using Quickbooks (training provided)
Liaison with the kitchen in relation to orders taken
Liaison with customers when and where required
**Requirements**:
Experience in office admin or customer service
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Methodical approach to work
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 20 per week
