As our Fraud Operations team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities, we are seeking a Fraud Operations Claim Support advisor to join our Bootle team.

You’ll be an important member of our administration team where you will support our fraud teams and help to keep the bank and our customers safe from illegal activities. If this sounds like the type of role that you’d enjoy, we’d like to hear from you.

The difference you’ll make:
- Dealing with queries and responses from external firms- Calculating charges and interest.- Reporting suspect telephone numbers to third party institutions.- Supporting the Investigations teams with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses.- Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime.- Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience.

What you’ll bring:
- Good knowledge of Risk Management, with excellent attention to detail.- Demonstrable data analysis skills, with good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages.

You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

It would also be nice for you to have:
- Proven experience of Partenon.- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages- Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained- Good written communication skills.

We are recruiting both Permanent & Fixed Term Contract roles in Bootle and our current expectation is at least 2 days in the office every month.
