Looking to take your career to the next level?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for self-motivated and enthusiastic Mental Health Practitioners to join our expanding Clinical Assessment Team to work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding care to our patients and provide advice to the wider SECAmb team.

- Use your excellent communication skills to provide advice to patients with the most appropriate advice and treatment, based on their assessment
- Record data quickly and accurately on the computer

Your role will include clinical mentoring and supervision for urgent incoming mental health incidents, the provision of remote triage, as well as liaising with other mental health services to ensure the best possible onward care for patients presenting with unscheduled, urgent and emergency care needs.

You will be fully trained in the use of our Clinical Decision Support systems and NHS triage pathways. You will also have access to robust clinical supervision with oversight from our Consultant Mental Health Nurse and access to excellent training and progression opportunities.
