We are looking for a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual, who would welcome the opportunity to help residents in our Muir Living schemes to live independently for longer. You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Enthusiastic and caring with experience of working with older people
- Adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues, external agencies and communities
- Comfortable to lone work and can show initiative to make decisions
- Ability to organise successful opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community to reduce social isolation.

**Interviews will take place on Monday 14th August 2023** at Muir Group Housing Association, 80 Lightfoot Street, Chester CH2 3AL with Emma Davies, Supported Housing Manager and Jane Warren, Supported Housing Officer.
