Security Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activities
- Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
- Enforce security regulations and procedures to prevent unauthorised entry
- Provide assistance to customers and employees when needed
- Complete thorough reports documenting any security incidents

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- First aid certification is desirable
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guarding (required)
- SIA CCTV Operators Licence (required)
