Operations Support Desk Adviser

Based within the Operations Deliver Centre, the Operations Support Advisers are a team who are responsible for providing first line support on all matters associated with Trust wide Logistics including vehicle breakdowns, clinical technology issues and estate faults.
The Operations Support Advisers are responsible for ensuring all incidents are recorded accurately and escalated to the most appropriate service provider for resolution.
The Operations Support Advisers reports directly to the Trust Incident Manager and are responsible for providing regular operational updates on vehicle, equipment and crew downtime.
The role is 24/7 365 days a year and we work shifts to achieve this.
Receiving fault reports for medical devices, Radio communications equipment and Mobile Data systems. Using own knowledge to provide suggested fault resolutions and allocating service requests to the corresponding team within the Logistics Department or external supplier if further remedial work is required.
