**Duties and responsibilities as an Administrator will include**:

- Consult with clients to book assessments
- Provide advice and support to clients and their families
- Preparing reports and sending them to clients and external bodies
- Responding to information enquiries
- Recent experience as an Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong organisation skills and able to prioritise own workload
- A problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
