Front of House/store Coordinator

As the front of house/store coordinator, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to every bride as they enter our stores. This involves giving all brides and their entourage a warm welcome, signing them in, showcasing dresses, and giving them a cheerful farewell upon leaving.
This role also makes sure the store runs smoothly in conjunction with the wider team, by keeping our displays immaculate and maintaining the flow of customers to meet their expectations and keeping their desire to buy high, by being attentive and focused.
You will greet all customers and their entourage in a warm, polite, helpful manner, ensuring they are given all the information they need about how the store operates.
You will sign every customer in on the welcome screen in line with company procedure, create a name card and introduce the customer to our clientelling app.
You will engage with and ask the customer about their wedding, listen to their needs and expectations, showcase suitable dresses using imaginative and effective language.
You will provide customers with updates of timescales and expectations throughout their visit in a warm and friendly manner, even when customers may be disappointed with wait times.
You will acquire and confidently utilise product knowledge to enhance the sales and customer experience.
You will support click and collect customers, by calling them to advise when their purchase has arrived in store, welcoming them into store and supporting each through the store journey.
You must have previous experience in customer service and the desire to make every bride who enters our store your priority. Full product and procedure training will be provided.
