Sales Support

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinating end-to-end sales order processes
- Staying informed on product range and sales tools
- Preparing and running reports for customers
- Assisting with the meeting of sales support SLAs and KPIs, and resolving customer queries
- Supporting growth of each customer account in liaison with the Account Managers
- Developing relationships with key vendor contacts
- Attending and contributing to meetings when requested
- General team administration duties
Skills required
- Sales support and administration experience, ideally from an IT company
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive communicator
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
