Internal Sales Representative (Electrical Wholesale)
CXC is delighted to be working with a leading distributor in the electrical wholesale industry, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service, who is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their Bracknell team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Process orders, provide product information, and offer technical support to customers
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell products to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings
* Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, preferably within the electrical wholesale industry
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
