**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING**:

- You end-to-end own the process from discovering the customer’s needs to handing over the newly acquired customer to our Operations team
- You identify challenges and analyze the requirements of our customers in order to create tailored fulfillment and software solutions with high business impact
- You inspire our customers with our leading digitized fulfillment solution and create business cases to actively drive decision-making processes forward
- You take full responsibility for the entire commercial process from calculating different offer scenarios, profitability analysis, and contract negotiation
- You ensure an excellent buying experience by effectively steering internal stakeholders and successfully building long-term relationships with our customer contacts
- You act as an ambassador and represent Alaiko within your professional network and at events to generate new business opportunities
- You actively support our continuous improvement of solution consulting processes and influence our product roadmap based on your expertise and customer feedback

**YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in economy, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- You are truly enthusiastic about the needs and challenges of scaling e-commerce businesses in today's dynamic and digital market environment
- You have great ambitions to grow professionally and have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality
- Your project management and analytical skills allow you to handle complex commercial processes with high confidence
- You have a consultative approach and are communicative which makes gaining trust and building relationships easy and fun for you
