Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant with extensive experience in digital technology and consumer experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core digital areas and hands-on experience with digital solutions focused on consumer experience, such as eCommerce, Content, Marketing, UX, CRM, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital solutions, emphasizing consumer experiences across various platforms.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of previously worked domains and the ability to delve into new modules.

  • Engage with diverse clients across different industries to provide digital technology solutions.

  • Work in roles involving management consulting, technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distribution transformation, and customer experience.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of market requirements, regulations, and client types in these sectors.

  • Document requirements for complex and highly technical development projects.

  • Employ strong problem-solving skills to develop creative and efficient solutions.

  • Multitask across multiple projects or accounts in a globally distributed delivery setup.

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, influencing business stakeholders at the C-suite level on product and strategy decisions.

  • Provide innovative consulting solutions and thought leadership to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital strategy consulting, business processes modeling, and optimization, and working with digital commerce platforms.

  • MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.

  • Strong consulting skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
