Onboarding Training and Vetting Support Officer

MMES 2012 LIMITED are now looking to recruit an Onboarding Training and Vetting Support Officer to support The Training and Vetting Officer based at our Bridgwater Offices.
This position may also require you to go to HPC on a weekly basis, to attend meetings.
As an Onboarding and Vetting Officer, you will be accountable for:
Assisting The Training and Vetting Officer with Daily tasks.
Processing all onboarding cases within the required timeframes.
Obtaining and filing all relevant documentation evidence to achieve 100% compliance.
Administration of the Onboarding portal, ensuring all content is up to date.
Ensuring accurate data input to system.
Liaising with applicants to request required information for vetting process.
Ensuring new starters to the project are competent and qualified to complete their working roles in line with competency matrix.
Managing the onboarding of new staff onto the project, proactively managing all aspects of the vetting and onboarding process to enable staff to commence work as quickly as possible.
Collating required information for DBS requests and process accordingly.
Understanding compliance for process and upload relevant documents.
Make bookings for required inductions and necessary appointments and visitors to site.
Verify ID to legal requirements.
Methodical management of documents.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
Maintaining and monitoring the database to ensure all colleagues qualifications are within date.
Ensuring that company vehicles are maintained and compliant.
Maintaining and supplying all employees with correct PPE, organise PPE stockroom and stores.
**Qualifications**:
Modern apprenticeship in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
CITB HS&E Operators certificate, will be of an advantage.
Experience
Proven track record in all aspects of Administration in a fast-moving environment.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
