What will your role as an Administrator look like?

The Administrator role at Network Connect is not your typical Administrator role. There are of course general administrative duties such as order processing, credit control, liaising with suppliers etc. However, the main emphasis of the role is one of taking on tasks and responsibilities to assist in running the business. These tasks are numerous within the team and are allocated to individuals based on what is best suited to their attributes. They vary from managing our customer support contract base to providing primary schools with a Safeguarding service, from collating and formatting data for our telephony billing services to liaising with customers and recommending services which best suits their needs. All of which are varied, challenging at times but come with a great deal of job satisfaction.
