We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administration Office Assistant who works to a high level of accuracy, is organised with great time-management skills and experience using Microsoft Office / 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Working as the Administrator / Administration Office Assistant you will join a small friendly team within a busy and vibrant office environment.
As the Administrator / Administration Office Assistant, you will provide support to the Administration Manager and the wider team in various administrative tasks, such as running reports, booking hotels and liaising with suppliers. You will also be responsiblefor answering client calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.

**DUTIES**
After training your duties as the Administrator / Administration Office Assistant include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Checking proof of deliveries
- Running reports
- Booking hotels
- Liaising with suppliers
- Answering phone calls and directing as appropriate
- Working alongside internal teams, including engineers to support job closedown and updates
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous admin background would be preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided
- Previous knowledge using Microsoft Office / 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
- You must be client focussed and have excellent customer service skills with a polite, professional and helpful telephone manner
- Knowledge or experience using third party software programmes such as booking systems, CRM systems, finance systems such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar would be highly desirable. However, not essential as additional systems training will be provided
- You must be willing to learn new skills
