Rhenus Home Delivery provides a 2-person home delivery service to customers around the UK. Our main depots are located in Northwich, Lutterworth and Leighton Buzzard. We offer quality, professionalism, reliability and excellent service for our customers.

Finance Administrator will be reporting to Finance Manager and will play a key part in a small internal finance team and work alongside larger Shared Service Centre Finance Team.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sales Invoicing
- Investigating Jobs not being picked up on invoicing
- Continuous checking of rate calculations within system
- Enabling all sales avenues are booked & processed
- Dealing with a variety of sales queries
- Price matrix inputting and maintenance
- Internal system reconciliations (Operating v Accounting systems)
- Assistant to Finance SSC team in Manchester in regards to payments and customer reconciliations
- Checking of purchase invoices against Purchase Orders / Requests
- Emergency card payments
- Maintenance of purchase ordering system
- Purchasing miscellaneous supplies/booking guest hotels

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills with all levels of personnel within the business
- Good excel skills
- Happy to lend a hand to any ad hoc requirements
- Team Player
- Strong academic background, especially in Math/Business
